This is a dwarf form of Veronica growing to only around 8 inches tall making
it ideal for the front of the perennial border. Plants are very heavy bloomers with
blooms that first appear in late May and continue to appear through out the entire summer.
Plants form mat-like clumps of dark green lustrous foliage. Very tough and
dependable perennial.
Veronica 'alba'
Plants are tolerant of a wide range of soil types as long as they drain
well, however for best results amend your soil with compost before planting.
Veronica plants will grow in partial shade but will bloom much better if given a spot in
full bright sun. Feed in early spring with composted manure and then twice again during
the summer with fish emulsion. Cut back faded flower stems to promote additional
flowering.
