A very nice ground cover for
shaded sites. Anne Greenaway will liven up any dark patch of ground. This new Lamium
is a stunning blend of chartreuse, silver and mint green. The Mauve flowers appear like
tiny hoods and rise above the colorful foliage from the middle of spring into summer.
An excellent selection for smothering out weeds or can be used to mask dying
foliage of spring flowering bulbs. Lamium thrives in partial to full shade.
Lamium 'Anne Greenaway'
Plants grow best in shady areas in a good garden soil that has been
amended well with organic materials. Soil should remain consistently moist but drain well.
Plants that are allowed to suffer through dry spells or are growing in dry soils
tend to die out in the middle. Mulching will help the soil conserve moisture.
