Terms to know:
Petals - Upper 3 petaloids
Sepals - Bottom 3 petaloids
Tepals - Both the petals and the sepals
Self - Tepals all the same color, throat is different
Complete Self - All parts of the flower are the same color
Throat - Center of the flower
Watermark - Zone between throat and eye
Eye - Darker colored area just above the watermark
Recurved - When the tips of the tepals roll under
Edging - Outer edge type ( pie crust, smooth, ect)
Veining - Veins within the tepals are a contrasting color
Sculpted - 3 D quality on the petal surface
