Hollyhock - Peaches n' DreamsThis exquisite Hollyhock comes to us from the excellent breeding program of Thompson & Morgan. Peaches n' Dreams was the winner of the 1998 Flower of the Year. Stalks ranging in heights from 5 - 6 feet bear huge double blooms that resemble carnations.  The creamy peach flowers, tinged in raspberry-pink and apricot, start to open up in June. Blooms continue to unfurl through July and on into August.  Hollyhocks should be planted in full sun for best results.   Plants prefer a moist, well drained, nutrient rich soil. Peaches n' Dreams is a energetic grower and will benefit greatly from a good feeding program.  Apply a generous amount of composted manure in the spring as soon as you start to see growth appear. Continue the feeding every 3 -4 weeks with a liquid fish emulsion.  *Order this Hollyhock well in advance - Very Limited Supply
