as Common Monkshood, strikes us as strange since there is nothing "common"
about it. Absolutely stunning spikes of violet-blue flowers rise above glossy green,
finely cut foliage. Napellus is a strong plant that is rarely bothered by pests or
diseases. Tolerates both sun and partial shade but appreciates a drink of water
during long summer dry spells. Plant in a rich soil and mulch the roots. We fell in love
