NOTE: if you inform
us not to charge your card before delivery we can not hold items
which often results in incomplete orders.
Availability:
We carefully plan our crops in advance, but when dealing
with live goods there are always surprises. We make every effort
to fulfill your order exactly as you placed it but because of "surprises"
this is sometimes not possible. If an item you order is unavailable
at time of shipment due to crop failures or weather related issues
we reserve the right to substitute the item with another variety
similar in characteristics and of equal value. If you would
rather we did not substitute items on your order please leave us
a "No substitutes" comment during the check out process.
Our Guarantee:
We guarantee your plants will arrive in a healthy viable
condition. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your plants
notify us within fourteen (14) days of receiving the shipment and
will make arrangements to replace the plants or refund your money.
Because the future survival of the plants is dependant upon
conditions beyond our control we do not warranty any item beyond
this guarantee.
Shipping schedules:
Due to our climatic conditions we are unable to begin shipping
until the week of March 20th. Don't wait until the last minute to
place your order - Order your plants in advance and we will hold
your order until the desired shipping date you select during the
check out process. We stop shipping most plants around the
middle of June as it starts to get to hot here to safely ship live
plants. Our Spring shipping schedule is listed below:

Returns and Refunds:
Gorge Top Gardens Product Replacement, Refund and Return Policy:
If you are ever dissatisfied with the products you receive from Gorge Top Gardens, please do not destroy or discard the product if you want a product replacement or full refund of your cost of the product.
First, notify Gorge Top Gardens by email customerservice@gorgetopgardens.com and tell us that you wish to have the product replaced or exchanged for an equivalent product or a refund. We will need your order number and shipping address to execute the refund.
Products do/do not need to be returned in the original shipping container(s).
For product replacement or equivalent exchange:
You must return the product in question to Gorge Top Gardens. Upon product receipt at Gorge Top Gardens, a replacement product will be shipped to you. If the exact same product is no longer available, Gorge Top Gardens will ship an equivalent product, if you agree. If no replacement is available and you do not want an equivalent, please follow the instructions in the Gorge Top Gardens Return and Refund Policy as shown below.
Return and Refund Policy:
Upon notice to Gorge Top Gardens of dissatisfaction with products supplied to you and you do not want product replacement, Gorge Top Gardens will immediately refund ½ of your cost of the product. When you have returned the entire product of dissatisfaction to Gorge Top Gardens, Gorge Top Gardens will immediately refund the remaining ½ of your product cost. Gorge Top Gardens will not refund shipping costs nor pay shipping costs for returned products.
Refunds will be by check unless you resubmit to Gorge Top Gardens your credit or debit card information. Resubmission of card information is necessary because Gorge Top Gardens does not ever record or keep that information on file. Once Gorge Top Gardens has refunded your monies through your credit or debit card, any submitted credit or debit card information will be immediately destroyed.
